After a year of compulsory work from home, we’re extra committed to connection. ‘Although we were in contact with each other online every day, remote working has affected how we feel and function’, says Liene De Bie. ‘That physical distance must not become mental remoteness. With inspiring actions and pleasant initiatives, we’re working on team spirit and togetherness.’

The Gumption Pioneers are not only propagating the co-creation concept. They are the barometers of what goes on in the teams. Each company is represented by the Gumption Pioneers. Liene: ‘Our Gumption Pioneers gauge what happens on the work floor. We opt for communicative people who can enthuse colleagues with a story and promote their interests. The well-being of our employees is absolutely essential to us.’
