As a pivotal member of our team, you'll spearhead crucial digital transformation initiatives, offering hands-on strategic guidance to our clients as their primary point of contact. Your responsibilities will revolve around translating client business objectives into actionable strategies. Here's a glimpse into what you'll be doing:
- designing actionnable roadmaps;
- realigning project portfolios to meet evolving customer needs;
- formulating compelling business cases for digital and technology investments;
- conducting assessments of digital maturity within departments/organizations.
Your qualifications
We're on the lookout for individuals who meet the following criteria to excel in this role:
- Minimum master’s degree required;
- +6 years of consulting experience, preferably in a large consulting firm or in digital strategy boutique firms, with a proven track record of leading digital transformation projects/programs for various organizations;
- Strong knowledge and expertise in at least one sector;
- Solid experience in one of the following topics: architecture and operating models, customer experience, data and AI, agility, strategy execution and extended knowledge in project/program management/PMO;
- Nice-to-have: a first experience in strategy definition for midsized corporations, designing actionable roadmaps or reprioritizing a project portfolio;
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to coach and manage teams, lead client workshops, facilitate change management;
- A quick learner with adaptability to different environments and contexts;
- Customer-centric and hands-on experience in client relationship management;
- Ability to understand CxO agenda’s related to digital transformation and simplify complex topics for all stakeholders.

- Strong communication skills: empathetic and effective communicator who can connect stakeholders and facilitate collaboration;
- Natural connector: capable of bringing stakeholders together to create synergies and drive positive change;
- People-centered change advocate: supporting and guiding our clients through their digital transformation journey, fostering buy-in and alleviating concerns at all organizational levels.

- Commitment to knowledge-sharing and coaching: willing to both give and receive support, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth;
