Anyone who had invested in digital transformation of processes and IT infrastructure can do so more efficiently. Our shopping behaviour has also had to change. Shops selling non-essential goods are closed. Even sceptics shop online now. This habit won’t change after the pandemic has passed. E-commerce is here to stay. Ignoring this fact is no longer an option.’

These don’t support new digital technologies properly or don’t give you an insight into all aspects of your business.
