Currently, the company exclusively targets the Luxembourg market.

"Many companies face challenges with the implementation of rapidly changing legislation and accurate payroll calculation. They often struggle with integrating other applications, from HR management to ERP, talent management, and planning."

PayrollEngine is intuitive, easily customizable, cloud-based, and scalable. Lightning-fast APIs enable fast interaction with any client application or database. Rodolphe Laloux mentions real-time payroll calculation as the main advantage. If you adjust an employee's salary or dependents, PayrollEngine immediately performs the calculation and generates a payslip.
"Most companies consider it normal that payroll calculation at the end of the month is time-consuming," says Rodolphe Laloux. "Not so with PayrollEngine. You always pay your employees accurately and on time."
Reporting and the graphical dashboard are also immediately available after the calculation. Real-time insights into payroll processes enhance flexibility and efficiency.

For the IT aspect, PayrollEngine collaborates with Gumption. Through SAP partner TheValueChain and BI specialist Bmatix, the group has been a well-established presence in Luxembourg for years. "The Gumption companies can support PayrollEngine with their broad expertise in areas such as custom development, testing, reporting, ERP, SAP, and SuccessFactors," says managing partner Sébastien Pierson.
For functional knowledge, PayrollEngine closely collaborates with an internationally active fiduciary. "This allows us to quickly respond to changes in legislation," explains Rodolphe Laloux. "We test new functionalities with an extensive set of payroll scenarios. With software updates, the productivity loss for clients is minimal."

Future
Geographical expansion is not a priority for PayrollEngine. However, the company aims to broaden its functional scope and explore the possibilities of artificial intelligence. The input of external functional and IT expertise will also play an important role in these areas.
