Functional Analyst

Your profile

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree;
• +2 years’ experience as an analyst;
• A technical background is a strong asset;
• Solid conceptual and critical thinking, with a knack for problem-solving;
• Excellent facilitation and documentation capabilities, with a strong eye for detail;
• UML and BPMN have no secrets for you; you are proficient in one or more modelling tools (Enterprise Architect, Visio, …);
• At least basic SQL knowledge;
• Experience with working in agile environments (DevOps, Scrum, SAFe, ...);
• Basic knowledge of project management practices (guarding scope, …) and tools (working with Jira, AzureDevOps, …);
• Permanent residence in Belgium or the Netherlands.

• Focusing on people-centred change. You support and manage clients in their digital transformation, take away concerns and fears from stakeholders and create buy-in through all layers of the organisation;
• Keeping cool in demanding environments;
• Knowledge sharing and coaching are essential; you are willing to help and open to accepting help and guidance;
• You inspire trust, show respect, and act guided by a strong ethical code.
