Your mission (should you choose to accept it):
As our new Project Office Manager, you’ll be the backbone of project management, finance, and administration. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, and we love that!
Project Monitoring & Coordination:
- You closely monitor ongoing projects and support project managers.
- Reporting, documentation, and planning? No problem for you!
- You ensure deadlines don’t turn into terrifying final bosses!
- You’ll have the opportunity to manage and coordinate internal or client projects yourself.
- You work with data-driven insights and AI-supported tools to optimize processes.
Finance & Administration:
- You handle invoices and ensure all numbers add up.
- You guard budgets as if they were your own wallet.
- You assist with financial reporting and contract management.
Call Intake & First-line Support:
- Client inquiries? You handle them and assist where possible.
- You provide first-line support and escalate when necessary.
- Frequent issues? You document them like a pro!
Your Profile:
Do you have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role and a strong eagerness to learn? Then we’re looking for YOU!
What we’d love to see from you:
- A degree or experience in administration, finance, or management.
- Experience in project management and administrative tasks.
- Affinity with invoicing and bookkeeping is a big plus.
- You are highly organized and a true team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and (preferably) ERP or project management tools.
- Knowledge of Teamleader and Exact Online? Bonus points for you!
- Affinity with data analysis and AI applications is a strong asset!
- Dutch and English? Check! French? Nice to have!
