Belgian SAP implementation partner TheValueChain acquires the Dutch company HuRisas from 1 March 2023.
Belgian SAP implementation partner TheValueChain acquires the Dutch company HuRis as from 1 March 2023. The Culemborg-based HR consulting specialist has built solid expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HXM. After two previous acquisitions in 2022, TheValueChain is consequently expanding further. Headquartered in Kontich, the company has emerged as a powerhouse of SAP expertise in 12 years' time. The counter currently totals 370 colleagues spread over nine offices in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Switzerland and France. Soon, 45 consultants will join them from Culemborg (the Netherlands).

"From now on, HuRis can call on TheValueChain for knowledge and expertise around SAP Customer Experience and SAP S/4HANA. TheValueChain's offering expands to include SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HXM expertise. This allows us to support our customers in a broader area and to respond more flexibly to market demands", says Leysen.
