SAP specialist TheValueChain is constantly looking for talent. That's why it came up with a new initiative: the Rising Star Academy. The challenge: how to find ten talented young professionals with two years of experience as key users, business process owners, business analysts or project managers, and convince them to become SAP consultants? Branded.Careers and Gumption devised a smart content campaign supported by advertisements on social media. During two Blitz Evenings, the intended goal was achieved.

Demand for SAP consultants exceeds supply. With the Rising Star Academy, TheValueChain offers young talent the opportunity to retrain. During a six-week training programme, the participants immerse themselves in the basics of SAP. They discover what it means to work as an SAP consultant. They learn which soft skills are important and get familiar with the corporate culture of TheValueChain.

How to find candidates? In co-creation with Gumption and employer branding expert Branded.Careers, TheValueChain developed a content strategy that highlighted the benefits of the academy. Smart videos by Branded.Careers and an animated movie by Zologie illustrated the message.
