On 23 April 2019, TheValueChain will kick off its Rising Star Academy. The SAP Gold Partner is looking for young professionals with a fondness for business challenges and digital technology. Via intensive training, TheValueChain aims to encourage young people with a master’s degree to pursue a career in SAP. Candidates need to sign up by 15 February 2019.
“Companies are investing heavily in new processes and digital transformation”, says Ivan Leysen, Managing Partner of TheValueChain. “That means that demand for SAP specialists is rising faster than supply. In 2018, we hired over 50 new consultants. The Rising Star Academy is intended to respond even more effectively to rising demand by taking matters into our own hands, and mould a new generation of top SAP consultants.”
TheValueChain aims to start training a limited number of young professionals to be SAP consultants. An exclusive and intensive training program prepares them to work in tandem with expert consultants in challenging local and international projects. The deep dive lasting 6 weeks will take place at an inspiring location. The training also devotes a lot of attention to soft skills, such as social intelligence, sales assertiveness and consulting skills.
The target group mostly hold a master’s in engineering, IT, economics or business studies. The young professionals must have two years’ working experience – preferably as a business process owner, business analyst, project coordinator or driven (SAP) user.
Candidates will be selected during Blitz evenings on Thursday, 31 January and Wednesday, 20 February. Register now on https://www.thevaluechain.be/rising-star-academy.
