Charlotte Pavic started working at Bmatix in October. ‘I have been interested in business intelligence and sales for a long time, and when the opportunity came to work for Bmatix, I didn’t hesitate. Jan and Maarten are very capable business leaders and I can learn a lot from them.’
In the past, Charlotte worked as a recruiter in search of profiles in business intelligence. ‘That’s how I came into contact with BI and I was immediately fascinated. It is an exciting world. Every company needs it, including SMEs, although they often perceive it as remote and inaccessible. But BI always adds value, regardless of the size of the company. You know perfectly what is happening within your company, in real time. By analyzing the data, you discover patterns and get better at predicting the future.’
According to Charlotte, companies underestimate the wealth of data they have. ‘In Belgium and Luxembourg, the key markets of Bmatix, the potential is huge. We have several technologies in our portfolio and offer solutions tailored to each customer’s needs. We never sell solutions that are more expensive than required. Ethics are paramount to us.’
Charlotte is first and foremost looking for new customers for Bmatix. She also supports existing customers and looks for the right profiles to strengthen the team. ‘Due to my long experience as a recruiter, I am also happy to do my bit in this area. Bmatix is growing fast and it is necessary to attract the right profiles to support our growth’.
