PICS Belgium is organising a seminar on Process Mining. Jan De Kimpe and Jan Peeters of valueXstream will be speaking at the event.
Digitalisation has changed the expectations of the customer. Not only the price and quality of a product are important, customers also expect a personal experience that fulfills their needs everywhere at any time.

Process Mining is a data-oriented approach to process analysis. We start with a gentle introduction of what Process Mining is and what value it brings. We illustrate this with the supply chain cases of a terminal operator in the port of Antwerp, a parcel delivery company and a retailer. Examples in other domains are also briefly discussed.
